Coaching:

We are experienced in the application of a variety of coaching models in personal and professional settings. X2ponents President Deb Siverson is certified by The Coaches Training Institute, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. She has completed the Co-Active Leadership program through CTI, as well as the series Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching.

Coaching Workshops:

Xponents Executing Coaching Excellence is a three-part workshop series delivered exclusively by X2ponents. Each of the three, 2-day experiential workshops is intended to build on one another and allow leaders the time they need to transfer their learning to real experiences with their team.
Xponents Context of Coaching is the first of the three-part series. Individuals discover the four fundamental skills of effective coaching and practice a performance coaching model utilizing these coaching skills.
Xponents Connecting through Coaching is the second of the three-part series. Team members will participate with their intact workgroup in a safe environment to expand their coaching skills beyond the foundation work completed in the first workshop.

Collaborative Coaching is the final workshop in the three-part series. This workshop equips leaders with two more coaching skills and emphasizes how to effectively execute the advanced art of team and peer coaching.

Executive Coaching Services — Business and Personal

X2ponents Executive Coaching services create a context in which people can work on the most important issues in their professional and personal lives. In our coaching relationships, we primarily use the co-active coaching model to support the client’s work on high-priority business and life issues and opportunities. Clarifying choices, creating action plans, assigning accountabilities, and monitoring results can help people become more effective, resourceful, satisfied, and productive. Many of the coaching models used today come out of the field of management and organizational development and emphasize improved productivity or enhanced performance in a general or specific venue. For optimum results from our Executive Coaching services, we recommend an average of two, one-hour coaching sessions a month and a minimum three-month commitment.
